              I was instructed by ZURICH to file a claim via e-mail under my *************** Contract. I sent all of the required information to ZURICH electronically on 3/15/24. My *************** Contract Number is RV85168161.I have not received any acknowledgement of my claim submission, and I have been unable to reach a **************** Representative by phone after several attempts. The ZURICH 800 number has extremely long wait times, and you cannot get through to a representative.Your help would be greatly appreciated.

              I had a Zurich warranty for my windshield and my claim was denied because the crack had lengthened past 6 inches. I had discovered the crack that morning and had to get to work, and while turning on my heater to defog the windshield, the crack lengthened.. I was pretty upset and spoke to my car dealership *********************. The sales manager called up Zurich and spoke to *****************, a higher up rep at Zurich. **** went the extra mile, called in a favor at another car dealership, arranged things for me at a local repair shop, and got it all sorted out for me. I was blown away. The call rep was terrible, but **** straightened everything out and did a huge favor for me. Very grateful to **** at Zurich. Kudos!
